By downloading, installing, or using the Geri application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.
Geri is a digital emotional archive tool designed to store and preserve personal stories and memories associated with physical items. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
Geri operates on a fully local storage model. All data created or stored through the App remains on your device and is not transmitted to external servers unless explicitly initiated by you. We do not collect, access, or store your personal data or content.
You are responsible for implementing appropriate backup measures for your local data, as we shall not be liable for any data loss or damage to your device.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Geri development team and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you create and store in the App.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, but all provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
