This Privacy Policy explains how Geri ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information in connection with the Geri mobile application (the "App"), a digital emotional archive focused on local, encrypted storage of personal memories and stories. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring full control of your data.

Unlike many applications, Geri operates on a 100% local storage model—we do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data, content, or usage information to external servers or third parties. This includes:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Content you store (stories, photos, notes about precious items)
• Device information (location, IP address, hardware details)
• Usage data (time spent in the App, features used, etc.)
• Any data related to your "Relationship Geris" or "Digital Packages"

All information you create or store in Geri remains exclusively on your device, under your complete control.

3. Local Data and Encryption

Geri uses local encryption to protect the content you store within the App. This encryption is managed entirely on your device, and we do not have access to encryption keys or decrypted content.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any passcodes or authentication methods used to access Geri. We recommend regular backups of your device data to prevent loss of your Geri content.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Since we do not collect any of your data, we cannot share, sell, or disclose it to third parties. Any sharing of your Geri content (e.g., via "Digital Packages") is initiated exclusively by you, offline, and does not involve our servers or oversight.

5. Children's Privacy

Geri is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children, and since our App does not collect any data at all, there is no risk of unauthorized access to children's personal information through our systems.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted within the App with a new effective date. Your continued use of Geri after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

7. Your Rights and Control

You have full rights to access, modify, delete, or transfer the data stored in Geri at any time, as all data resides on your device. To exercise these rights, you may use the built-in features of the App or manage your device storage directly.

You may delete Geri and all associated data from your device at any time, with no impact on any external systems (as no data is shared outside your device).
